IDENTIFY

The first phase of electronic discovery is the identification of likely sources of relevant information. MAITEK guides its clients through this critical step to help ensure that data is not overlooked. We inventory the data and look for hidden sources. For complex cases, we work with you to develop a written discovery plan, including what and whom to target.

ACQUIRE

Identification of data is only the first step. Once identified, we safely gather the electronic evidence.

PRODUCE

MAITEK provides data to our clients in a number of ways. We can provide copies of the data selected for review and offer recommendations for software to view and organize your evidence. Our staff is also available to conduct reviews under your direction. MAITEK can also collaborate with your current litigation support vendor to import data into your system of choice. In addition, we work with a variety of national providers to offer you complete data conversion to any format, as well as original hard copy.
